  • Registration Transfer Policy. Transfers, assignments and substitutions are accepted with CNBC approval. To transfer your registration, please check the CNBC Events page for your specific event or notify CNBC (events@cnbc.com) as soon as possible.
  • Registration Cancellation Policy. The full amount of your registration fees for CNBC Events are only refundable up until ten (10) business days prior to your specific event and upon approval by CNBC. No refunds will be given during the ten-business days prior to your specific event. To request a refund, please notify CNBC Events as soon as possible by sending an email to events@cnbc.com.
  • Apply to Attend. You may attend CNBC Events by applying to attend or if you receive an invitation.  In either case, admission to attend a CNBC Event is subject to CNBC’s discretion. Please note that applying to attend a CNBC Event does not guarantee admission. If accepted, attendees are responsible for their own travel and accommodations in connection with any CNBC Events.
  • Recording & Photography Policy. Unless otherwise specified, all CNBC Events are on the record for journalistic and editorial purposes. Video and audio recordings of CNBC Events by attendees are strictly prohibited. The audio and video content of CNBC Events is copyrighted and owned by NBCUniversal. Each attendee that attends a CNBC Event grants NBCUniversal the right to photograph, film, or make audiovisual recordings of their name, voice and likeness (the “Materials”). NBCUniversal may use, edit or display such Materials in any media or platform now known or hereafter devised, with no claim to compensation or attribution.
  • Attendee Information.  As a condition of registering for CNBC Events, your name, job title, and employer will be shared with the event sponsor.
