Marc Metrick is CEO of Saks, a premier luxury ecommerce platform. With 25+ years of experience in the retail industry, Metrick has deep expertise in strategy development, merchandising, marketing, operations and finance. More than half of his experience included years in senior leadership roles across strategy, marketing and administration at Saks Fifth Avenue and HBC. Under his leadership, Saks Fifth Avenue completed a successful transformation, resulting in several quarters of industry-leading performance. Metrick is a member of the Executive Committee of the National Retail Federation’s Board of Directors, and the Advisory Board of the Jay H. Baker Retailing Center at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a member of the CNBC CEO Council, The Business of Fashion’s BoF 500 and represents Saks with the Partnership for New York City. Metrick has a B.S. in Business Administration from Boston University.
