HEALTH AND SAFETY

The health and safety of our members, staff and all event attendees is our priority. We will be following a series of protocols and onsite precautions.
Please note the below policies are subject to change as these guidelines are evaluated on an ongoing basis.
To confirm your attendance, please complete the CNBC Events’ Covid-19 Protocol form by Friday, February 25th.
Third party services are available through CNBC, and if you need assistance we ask that you kindly let us know by Friday, February 25th.

 

Proof of COVID-19 vaccination and a negative COVID-19 test result is required to join us.

 

Negative COVID-19 Test
All guests attending the Leadership Exchange event must have received a negative COVID-19 test result within 48 hours of the event.

 

Proof of Vaccinations:
All attendees of the Leadership Exchange event must be fully vaccinated. Attendees will be required to show proof of vaccination and a negative test prior to the event. In order to be considered fully vaccinated, guests must have received their 2nd dose of Pfizer/Biontech or Moderna or single dose of Johnson & Johnson no later than Tuesday, February 22nd.

 

Acknowledgements:

1. Each attendee of the Leadership Exchange event acknowledges the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assumes the risk of exposure or infection by COVID-19 while visiting the Leadership Exchange event. Such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability or death.

2. Each attendee of the Leadership Exchange event releases, covenants not to sue and discharges CNBC form any claim related to COVID-19 that may be incurred in connection with visiting the Leadership Exchange dinner.

3. Each attendee of the Leadership Exchange event shall comply with any and all health and safety guidelines, procedures and protocols set forth by CNBC.
