Carlos Abrams-Rivera, who’s served as President of Kraft Heinz since August 2023, has come full circle in his career. He spent his early professional years at Kraft Foods Group, Inc., before moving on to a broad, diverse range of leadership roles at other global Consumer Goods companies. Carlos has a strong track record of growing businesses with a consumer-obsessed focus – and food has played a delicious role.
Carlos has served as President of Kraft Heinz since August 2023, and has been named by the Kraft Heinz Board of Directors to become Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board, effective at the beginning of the Company’s 2024 fiscal year. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and President, North America Zone from December 2021 to August 2023 and as U.S. Zone President from February 2020 to December 2021. He continues to be responsible for leading all operations for North America, the Company’s largest zone.

Makoto Uchida is a Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. director, representative executive officer, president and CEO. Since joining Nissan in 2003, Uchida has served in several leadership positions at both Nissan and Renault.
Uchida is the driving force behind the current Nissan NEXT Transformation plan, which has prioritized sustained profitability, value-creation and growth towards the company’s Ambition 2030 long-term vision.

Howe joined FanDuel Group from Live Nation Entertainment where she held several positions of increasing authority culminating as Global Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Ticketmaster, the largest division of Live Nation Entertainment. As COO of Ticketmaster, Howe led the digital transformation and modernization of the company’s ticketing platform doubling its growth in gross ticketing value and growing the mobile app install base by 400%.
Prior to Live Nation Entertainment, Howe enjoyed a distinguished career as a Partner at McKinsey & Company in Los Angeles where she advised many Fortune 500 clients across a wide range of issues, including growth strategy, restructuring/turnaround, organizational transformation and commercial and operational excellence.
Howe earned her Master’s in Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University.

Fred Kempe is the president and chief executive officer of the Atlantic Council. Under his leadership since 2007, the Council has achieved historic, industry-leading growth in size and influence, expanding its work through regional centers spanning the globe and through centers focused on topics ranging from international security and energy to global trade and next generation mentorship.
Before joining the Council, Kempe was a prize-winning editor and reporter at the Wall Street Journal for more than twenty-five years. In New York, he served as assistant managing editor, International, and columnist. Prior to that, he was the longest-serving editor and associate publisher ever of the Wall Street Journal Europe, running the global Wall Street Journal’s editorial operations in Europe and the Middle East.
In 2002, The European Voice, a leading publication following EU affairs, selected Kempe as one of the fifty most influential Europeans, and as one of the four leading journalists in Europe. At the Wall Street Journal, he served as a roving correspondent based out of London; as a Vienna Bureau chief covering Eastern Europe and East-West Affairs; as chief diplomatic correspondent in Washington, DC; and as the paper’s first Berlin Bureau chief following the unification of Germany and collapse of the Soviet Union.

Sandra Douglass Morgan was named President of the Las Vegas Raiders by Owner Mark Davis in July of 2022. She has more than two decades of leadership experience in the sports, gaming, legal and corporate sectors, and has served as a chief regulator, director, attorney, and advisor to integrated resorts, casinos, and telecommunications companies. Having an adept understanding of the community as a native Las Vegan, Sandra is incredibly proud to lead the Silver and Black in her hometown.
Prior to her joining the Raiders, Sandra served as Chairwoman of the Nevada Gaming Control Board. As the chief regulator for Nevada’s dominant billion-dollar gaming industry, Sandra led the passage and implementation of cashless wagering regulations, ensured that gaming licensees adopted policies prohibiting discrimination and harassment, and led a team of 400 employees in five cities across the state of Nevada. Sandra also served as a Commissioner on the Nevada State Athletic Commission and was the first Black City Attorney in the State of Nevada when she was the chief legal officer for the City of North Las Vegas, where she served from 2008 to 2016.
Sandra was previously with Covington & Burling, LLP and served as an advisor to the State of Nevada’s COVID-19 task force charged with finding solutions for access to personal protection equipment, virtual education options, and expanding testing capabilities so that the state could reopen its doors to tens of millions of visitors from across the globe.
Widely recognized for her commitment to Nevada businesses, education, and support for local causes, she is the recipient of the UNLV Boyd School of Law’s Distinguished Service Alumni Award and the Corporate to Community Connector award from the National Urban League Young Professionals. She was honored to be included in the EBONY 2022 Power 100 List, the most influential “Women in Business and Politics,” receiving an award from the Urban Chamber of Commerce in 2015 along with the Ladies of Distinction Award in 2013 from Olive Crest, a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting abused and neglected children. In 2012, Sandra was named Attorney of the Year by the Las Vegas Chapter of the National Bar Association which recognized her commitment to serving the local community, especially communities of color.
Sandra has served on a variety of nonprofit boards and is currently the vice chair of Super Bowl LVIII Host Committee, which will take place at Allegiant Stadium in 2024, marking the first time Las Vegas, and the state of Nevada will host one of the most-watched annual sporting events in the world. Additionally, Sandra serves on the Board of Directors of Allegiant Travel Company and Fidelity National Financial, Inc., and is on the Board of Trustees for the UNLV Foundation. She is also a member of the State Bar of Nevada and the District of Columbia Bar.

Jennifer Rumsey became Chair and CEO of Cummins Inc., a global power leader that uniquely offers its customers a broad portfolio of power solutions that best meet their needs and powers their businesses, including diesel, natural gas, battery, fuel cells, electrolyzers, and related components, on August 1, 2023.
Rumsey was named President and CEO on August 1, 2022. Prior to her current role, she was President and Chief Operating Officer, which she assumed in March 2021. Before serving as COO, Rumsey was Vice President and President of Components Segment, one of Cummins’ five business segments. The Components Segment consists of five businesses: Cummins Filtration, Cummins Turbo Technologies, Cummins Emission Solutions, Cummins Electronics and Fuel Systems and Eaton Cummins Automated Transmission Technologies. As the President of Components, Rumsey oversaw an organization of more than 12,000 global employees with sales of $6 billion in 2020 and customers located around the world.
Rumsey previously served as Vice President and Chief Technical Officer where she led the global technical organization of approximately 11,000 employees responsible for research and engineering across Cummins. Rumsey’s early career focused on control systems and system engineering; initially at a fuel processing and fuel cell start-up company in Cambridge, MA. In 2000, she moved to Cummins and has worked in a variety of engineering roles across Cummins and product life cycle areas including advanced technology development, new product development, current product engineering and product quality.

Raj Subramaniam is President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of FedEx Corporation, one of the world's largest transportation companies. Anne co-founded 23andMe in 2006, three years after the first human genome was sequenced. Her goal was audacious: to help people access, understand, and benefit from the human genome and fundamentally change healthcare in the process. Prior to founding 23andMe, Anne spent a decade on Wall Street investing in healthcare and felt frustrated by a system built around monetizing illness instead of incentivizing prevention. Tyler Mathisen co-anchors CNBC's "Power Lunch" (M-F, 1PM-3PM ET), one of the network's longest running program franchises. He is also Vice President, Events Strategy for CNBC, working closely with the network's events team to grow the rapidly expanding business.
Previously, Mathisen was co-anchor of "Nightly Business Report," an award-winning evening business news program produced by CNBC for U.S. public television. In 2014, NBR was named best radio/TV show by the Society of American Business Editors and Writers (SABEW). Since joining CNBC in 1997, Mathisen has held a number of positions including managing editor of CNBC Business News, responsible for directing the network's daily content and coverage. In 1993, Mathisen won the American University-Investment Company Institute Award for Personal Finance Journalism for a televised series on "Caring for Aging Parents," which aired on ABC's "Good Morning America." Mathisen served as money editor of "GMA" from 1991 to 1997. He also won an Emmy Award for a report on the 1987 stock market crash that aired on New York's WCBS-TV.

Kristina Partsinevelos joined CNBC in May 2021 and serves as the Nasdaq reporter for the network, based at the Nasdaq and CNBC Global Headquarters in Englewood Cliffs, N.J. She covers the Nasdaq, semiconductors, ESG and precious metals, and her reporting appears on television and CNBC’s digital platforms.
Prior to CNBC, Partsinevelos was a business correspondent and economist for three years at the Fox Business Network, covering everything from technology, to the White House, to the Federal Reserve and reporting in the field around New York City during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic. She also reported from South Carolina in the eye of Hurricane Florence, a category 4 storm, in September 2018.

Andrew Sullivan is executive vice president and head of Prudential Financial, Inc.’s international businesses and global investment management.

Amit Verma is Chief Technology Officer for Comcast Business with 21+ years of experience in telecommunications and managed services.
